Job Summary

Provide proactive incident resolution for complex cross-technology managed services, ensuring client infrastructure stays configured, tested, and operational. Own high-complexity tickets, log and analyze incidents with proper detail, and escalate appropriately to meet zero missed SLA conditions. Use monitoring tools to respond to alerts, drive optimization and automation ideas, create knowledge articles, and mentor junior engineers across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, resolve, and prevent technical incidents while ensuring client infrastructure is operational.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, analyze issues, assign/escalate support calls, and maintain zero missed SLA conditions.
•Conduct checks, monitor systems, respond to alerts, and log incidents with required detail.
•Drive optimization and automation opportunities, provide inputs to automation teams, and create knowledge articles.
•Mentor junior team members (L2), coach advanced troubleshooting techniques, and support project delivery and disaster recovery functions.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and work well under pressure while adapting to changing client needs.
