Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Design Manager with daily project coordination activities across disciplines, progressing toward independent ownership.
  • •Prepare meeting agendas and minutes; capture and verify technical notes; track client/stakeholder decisions, risks, and action items.
  • •Coordinate internal and external design meetings using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and other client platforms; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • •Maintain organized project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, tracking logs) and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers.
  • •Manage project files across SharePoint, MS Teams, Google Drive, and Box; support QA/QC sets, deliverables assembly, and proposal development.

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •2+ years of experience working in A/E firms.

  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License.
  • •1+ year in colocation and/or hyper-scale data center design management or engineering.
