Key Responsibilities

  • •Scout and apply frontier research in AI, emerging system designs, architectural patterns, models, and frameworks in prototypes and POCs.
  • •Design and build rapid AI prototypes and MVPs in short, outcome-focused exploration cycles.
  • •Translate user, customer, and product problems into technically feasible AI solution concepts.
  • •Implement end-to-end AI capabilities across SAP apps and backend services, data pipelines, APIs, and user-facing applications.
  • •Define and execute evaluation and testing approaches for functional quality and model/agent behavior, including latency, cost, reliability, privacy, and security.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience building cloud-native software, AI applications, or data-intensive systems.
  • •Strong development skills in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • •Practical experience with applied AI (e.g., LLM applications, RAG, agent frameworks).
  • •Experience designing and implementing APIs, services, integrations, and containerized applications.
  • •Ability to debug and improve systems across application code, model behavior, data flows, integrations, and runtime environments.
