You will build strong relationships with event organizers and stakeholders, tailor solutions to client needs, collaborate with internal teams for delivery, and drive revenue growth and KPIs in a fast-paced entertainment market.

•Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events vertical.
•Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for event technology solutions, including ticketing, registration, and access control software.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
•Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and onboarding of solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor university degree; 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling software technology solutions for events (ticketing, registration, or access control); experience in the UAE event industry; excellent communications skills; flexible working hours; social person to maintain key client relationships; ability to translate technical event tech into business solutions; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; self-motivated and proactive; ability to contribute to budgets and track performance; driving license; fluency in English/Arabic.
