Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover planned and unplanned leave across Monday to Friday by providing fast, accurate clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients.
  • •Manage electronic and hard copy health records and data in line with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities for operational and compliance requirements.
  • •Support daily clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery/stores, and processing supply requests.

Key Requirements
