Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Fit assigned parts to the station per station instructions, Thermo King specifications, and unit options, following O.M.S. and related procedures.
  • •Use the correct tools and equipment assigned to the station.
  • •Perform visual inspections of completed work, sign the Quality Assurance card, and move units to the next station.
  • •Highlight quality or engineering problems when possible, communicate with appropriate personnel, and update S.O.E where applicable.
  • •Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and use all safety equipment provided while reporting safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Leaving Cert pass.
  • •Trade qualification desirable.
  • •Ability to complete a dexterity and aptitude test (selected applicants).
  • •Ability to follow station instructions and Thermo King specifications and unit options.
  • •Ability to use correct tools and safety equipment assigned to the station.
