Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product experience for Vivint device connectivity, defining the strategy and roadmap for how devices connect to home networks and stay reliable over time. Lead customer and system experience across onboarding, authentication, provisioning, reconnection, and long-term resilience. Partner across hardware, platform software, mobile, cloud, engineering, design, QA, data, and operations to improve connectivity success, reliability, and recovery using core metrics and data-driven iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product strategy and roadmap for how Vivint devices connect to customer networks and maintain reliable connectivity over time.
•Define the customer and system experience across onboarding, authentication, provisioning, reconnection, and long-term network resilience.
•Partner with hardware, platform, mobile, and cloud teams to shape connectivity architecture and deliver reliable experiences across the device portfolio.
•Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across protocols, performance, diagnostics, and recovery flows to improve connection success and reduce field issues.
•Establish and manage core connectivity metrics and lead cross-functional delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products or platform capabilities.
•Strong experience working with hardware teams where device performance and connectivity drive the customer experience.
•Familiarity with connectivity protocols and standards such as Z-Wave, Wi‑Fi, Matter, and Bluetooth.
•Proven track record leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, QA, hardware, and platform organizations.
•Strong systems thinking and product judgment with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities and customer outcomes.
