Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PMO projects and manage cross-functional, global initiatives from concept through final implementation
  • •Tailor project delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) for enterprise projects including planning, monitoring, risk management, budgeting, and closure
  • •Integrate vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables as part of a consolidated project plan
  • •Structure milestones and facilitate meetings to ensure desired outcomes and timely escalation of issues
  • •Develop project scope, charter, and milestone deliverables, coordinating resources in a matrix environment

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience with PMO, SAFe, project, program, or portfolio management
  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required, MBA is a plus
  • •Certification in either: PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus
  • •GBS Transition Management experience
  • •Experience with PPM tools, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or any other is a plus
