Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to site performance and transformations by supporting organizational changes, skills development, and employee engagement.
  • •Lead recruitment and onboarding of new employees to support site ramp-up.
  • •Support managers and teams across HR, organizational, and people management topics.
  • •Develop talent by driving training, professional development, and recognition policies.
  • •Ensure a high-quality social framework by facilitating constructive social dialogue and compliance with HR policies and legal obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Generalist HR training with specialization (e.g., IAE, Celsa, Ciffop, Master in Law, Sciences Po, business school).
  • •At least 10 years of proven experience in generalist HR.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor law, ideally gained in an industrial environment.
  • •Strategic and operational vision of the HR function.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills (proximity, service mindset, listening, availability, accessibility) and teamwork.
  • •Leadership, ability to listen, pragmatism, and capacity to mobilize teams.
