•At least 10 years of proven experience in generalist HR.
•Strong knowledge of labor law, ideally gained in an industrial environment.
•Strategic and operational vision of the HR function.
•Excellent interpersonal skills (proximity, service mindset, listening, availability, accessibility) and teamwork.
•Leadership, ability to listen, pragmatism, and capacity to mobilize teams.
