Lead monetization and marketing operations strategies and campaigns for the assigned country, partnering with corporate headquarters and internal stakeholders to ensure local needs are reflected while staying aligned to guidelines. Own day-to-day promotional performance reporting, customer retention and engagement insights, and marketing ROI metrics. Translate value propositions into business practices, generate customer acquisition and retention ideas through research, and develop business cases and implementation plans with cross-department initiatives.
