•Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and strive to meet their every need, providing an excellent in-store experience.
•Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
•Be up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors to inform client interactions and product recommendations.
•Prove Brand and product knowledge to educate and inspire clients.
•Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Passion for selling and stores.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•English is a must; other languages are a plus.
•Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients.
•Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
