Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform compliance QC inspections on heavy vehicles, components, assemblies, and spares as assigned.
  • •Verify maintenance/repair tasks and faults are completed/corrected per job plans; conduct spot checks of equipment and diagnostic/testing tools.
  • •Document inspection findings, prepare quality reports, and compile/analyse quality and defect data as requested.
  • •Assess fourth-line repairable items for serviceability, apply identification tags, and support classification inspections for customer condemnation approval.
  • •Support root cause analysis for customer rejects/warranty concerns and provide QC input for corrective maintenance job plans and annual service plans (ASP).

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree or diploma relevant to the QC inspector role (preferred).
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience with heavy vehicles/components/assemblies/spares and failure analysis, engineering, or welding (as applicable).
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical/owner’s manuals.
  • •Knowledge of relevant measuring instruments/equipment and finished-product verification.
  • •Microsoft Office proficiency required.
