Provide preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in their homes as a Mobile Phlebotomist. Ensure samples are properly labeled and coordinated for lab or shipment drop-off while delivering compassionate, patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have all proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes.
•Build patient rapport and provide patient-centric, low-acuity diagnostic care, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, retina exams, ECGs, and other services.
•Collect, label, and manage samples, coordinating drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Deliver care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Pass national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
•To begin working: state required licensure (or proof of training), Basic Life Support certification, valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance.
