Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of annotated datasets used for policy enforcement and model evaluation. You’ll develop and maintain operational guidelines, build and validate testing sets for calibration and arbitration, and analyze high-risk cases to reduce enforcement discrepancies. Working with cross-functional teams across international markets, you’ll track quality and operational metrics and improve reviewer accuracy through updated guidelines, SOPs, and training materials.
