Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team through hiring, training, retention, counseling, and educating employees on benefits, compensation, and policies.
  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while promoting safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production start-up and oversee line maintenance and staffing rotations.
