Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching branch managers to deliver an exceptional branded customer experience consistently.
  • •Grow the business by driving scorecard metrics and ensuring operational integrity through in-branch coaching routines.
  • •Translate business and regional priorities into branch activities, set expectations, and hold colleagues accountable.
  • •Diagnose issues quickly, develop plans to drive results, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • •Proactively engage key partners and manage increasing P&L responsibilities as assumed by the Retail Regional Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive retail banking leadership experience, including multi-branch oversight and team management.
  • •Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teams with talent development and succession planning.
  • •Demonstrated success driving sales performance, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across a region or market.
  • •Strong understanding of consumer banking products, services, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
