Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global crisis and incident management program for data center physical security across the fleet.
  • •Define incident tiers, thresholds, escalation/activation criteria, notification requirements, and decision rights with partners.
  • •Turn definitions into playbooks, training, and tabletop/functional exercises across sites and vendors, and run after-action reviews with corrective actions to closure.
  • •Define incident metrics and build dashboards/executive reporting to track incident handling and response performance.
  • •Run major incidents end to end (activation, coordination, leadership communications, stand-down) and shape a 24/7 monitoring and response capability via GSOC-type managed services and site vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 365,000 annually
