Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC customers, guiding them through technical and business challenges to implement Gorgias’ Conversational Commerce platform. You’ll design tailored demos and proof-of-concepts, configure workflows, and help customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering while educating sales and customer success teams to drive enterprise-ready adoption and measurable ROI.

•Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points, current processes, and desired outcomes.
•Showcase tailored demos and presentations aligned to client needs.
•Configure and optimize platform workflows to demonstrate real-world use cases.
•Assist customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting to enhance automation.
•Execute proof-of-concepts and guide enterprise customers on maximizing efficiency and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 118,000 - 128,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
•Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
•Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage C-Level executives.
•Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
•Background in value-based selling methodologies.
