Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care to patients in their homes as a mobile phlebotomist. Use mobile tools to access schedules and chart, perform services such as venipuncture/specimen collection and low-acuity screenings, and manage samples for proper labeling and lab drop-off. You’ll work autonomously with an emphasis on quality and HIPAA-secure communication, while completing required licensure, certification, and onboarding training.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE to care for daily patients.
•Use technology to access schedules, travel to patient homes, and coordinate care.
•Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform preventative/diagnostic services (including phlebotomy and specimen collection).
•Render patient-centric, low acuity care and comfort-focused services (e.g., retina exams and ECGs).
•Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Pass a national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, or national certification where state licensure is not required.
•Basic Life Support certification, plus a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
