Job Summary

Lead the CEMEA Long Tail Acceptance strategy, partnering with Global Acceptance Product leaders to deliver Acceptance Products roadmaps on time and within budget. Align regional priorities to the global Acceptance Solutions roadmap, drive best-in-class acceptance products and services, and execute GTM plans with Sales, CS, Risk, and VAS. Own client implementation structuring, support sales with client needs, and lead pre-sales through post-launch optimization in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a multi-year strategy for CEMEA Long Tail Acceptance, accounting for regional nuances such as ecosystem, payment methods, local regulations, and digital mix.
•Collaborate with Global Acceptance Product leaders to deliver Acceptance Products roadmaps on time and under budget.
•Align regional Long Tail Acceptance priorities with Visa’s Global Acceptance Solutions roadmap.
•Execute GTM plans with key stakeholders (Sales, CS, Risk, VAS) and structure client implementations for seamless rollout.
•Lead pre-sales, oversee implementation, and drive post-launch optimization for Long Tail Acceptance solutions.

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than 8 years with an advanced degree.
•Experience in the payments industry, preferably in product management or strategy within an acceptance products and solutions organization.
•Understanding of the acceptance landscape, including alternative payment rails across CEMEA is an added advantage.
