Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UX for ActAI’s core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
  • •Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks from intent capture through task completion, including handoff, progress tracking, and error recovery.
  • •Design how the app communicates what the AI is doing and what decisions require user confirmation or adjustment.
  • •Map and design the range of AI states users encounter (loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, recovering).
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams; contribute to the design system and shared UX patterns; produce wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps, with a strong portfolio.
  • •Solid user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma.
  • •Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, context-dependent systems.
  • •Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
  • •Comfort working in fast-moving teams with evolving product scope.
