Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations in person and via proactive calling.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and various deposit and lending products, including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations, including assisting with teller-line client transactions as needed, and work Saturdays as directed by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
