Personal Banker Associate I (Romulus)

Become a Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. In a Financial Center role, you’ll use consultative selling and Financial Needs Assessments to identify customer needs, process teller transactions, cross-sell retail consumer and small business solutions, and conduct proactive outreach using approved marketing tools.
