Analyze market and sales trends to identify business development opportunities and recommend improvements to marketing and sales strategies. Create standard sales/productivity reports and customized analytics, including costings for opportunities and executive-ready presentations and proposals. Maintain deal databases and confidentiality of client and firm information while supporting the business development manager with project lists, stakeholder communication, and report production aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, analyze, and disseminate standard sales and productivity reports plus customized analytics as required.
•Provide research and analysis for strategic business development initiatives and prospective opportunities.
•Prepare analysis and basic costings, and produce presentations, proposals, and related materials for opportunities.
•Recommend and develop business products/services and solutions aligned to current and future requirements.
•Maintain deal databases and draft/finalize business reports (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual) while ensuring confidentiality and aligned change control.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience.
•Strong business development and sales strategy knowledge, including identifying profitable opportunities and potential clients.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
•Ability to research sales leads, present proposals, and negotiate deals; plus strong customer relationship skills.
