•Improve the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities to deepen platform reach and reliability.
•Spend time with customers to deeply understand knowledge needs and translate insights into roadmaps.
•Drive cross-functional alignment and decisions, setting direction to scale connectors and processes as the company grows.
•Coordinate with leadership, GTM, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, customer-centric product delivery.
