Job Summary

Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and F&O) design and development, owning end-to-end implementations and technical delivery for enterprise CRM solutions. Drive functional and technical design documentation, customization/configurations, and integrations, while leveraging the Dynamics CRM SDK, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and SSIS/SSRS. Support deployment across devices and clients, and collaborate independently with stakeholders on priorities, testing, CI/CD, migrations, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead D365 technical design and development for Dynamics CE/CRM solutions.
•Own end-to-end CE/CRM implementations, including technical and functional design documentation.
•Develop and configure Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization and deployment planning.
•Drive integrations, data migrations, and automated testing using CI/CD pipelines.
•Collaborate with stakeholders independently, establish priorities, and lead development of the Dynamics CRM solution across devices and client applications.

Key Requirements

•8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CE/F&O design and development experience with at least 3 end-to-end CE/CRM implementations.
•Strong understanding of the D365 Field Service module.
•Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and configurations, including functional and technical design documentation for deployments.
•Strong technical skills with .NET Framework, C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, and SQL Server; experience with SSIS or SSRS.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, integrations, and data migrations, plus Power Platform (flows and canvas apps).
