Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IT leadership to set IT strategic planning and take responsibility for application requirements management to meet business needs.
  • •Lead application/solution transformation initiatives, including solution architecture and monitoring rollouts to ensure controls and limited issues.
  • •Manage IT projects end-to-end: project plans, budgets, roles/responsibilities, issues and risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • •Drive operational efficiency and service improvement, including process optimization, RFP solution assessments, PoCs, and adoption plans for solutions already live.
  • •Manage people and relationships with partners, contractors, project managers, and team members; reinforce the IT vision and business objectives and upskill the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science/IT.
  • •8+ years’ experience managing and delivering technology solutions, including experience in healthcare.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a team.
  • •Strong IT project management skills, including organization/time management and project governance.
  • •Project Management (PMP) certification is advantageous.
