Job Summary

Source and engage technical talent for TikTok’s Product & Design teams across EMEA. Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, sourcers, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, using sourcing tools and market intelligence to identify passive candidates. Own interview scheduling logistics, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide clear communication to candidates and internal teams—while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business needs.
•Develop understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships with HRBP, hiring managers, and external partners.
•Conduct complex data analysis and provide market intelligence to support business growth.
•Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.

Key Requirements

•At least 2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies; overseas candidates sourcing related to operations roles is preferred.
•Experience using research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive internet-industry candidates and produce target company mapping lists.
•Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different locations.
•Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while using strong data sense.
