Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned Logistics Field Operation locations, coordinating with site leaders and aligning site goals with execution. Review route schedules, partner with logistics planning and scheduling to fix issues, and manage communication across internal teams. Lead and mentor direct reports, support succession planning, and ensure safety standards through practices like GEMBA walks. Coordinate inventory movement through the warehouse workflow and distribute shifts to meet business needs.
