Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify client project goals, objectives, and quality expectations through data and research.
  • •Develop test fits and space plans to evaluate program fit against Ford Land workplace standards.
  • •Provide initial concept-level design intent and transition scopes to an external Architect of Record as needed.
  • •Act as a liaison between the client and project team, building and supporting lasting relationships.
  • •Ensure HSSE compliance and participate in early design phases and project meetings with customers, contractors, and project management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •NCARB certification or an architectural license required.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills (percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations).
