Senior Executive (Logistics)

Own end-to-end import and export logistics, from arranging transportation and booking shipments to tracking delivery timelines for international suppliers. Ensure import documentation is accurate and compliant with trade regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers, and manage pre-alerts and clearance follow-ups. Verify costs against approved rates, manage NAFEZA-related processes, report on shipment status and import performance, and monitor service provider invoices and payments.
