Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end systems and technical decisions to deliver customer outcomes across model customisation, deployment/inference, agent systems, and customer delivery.
  • •Turn customer use cases into training and evaluation plans, selecting suitable data, models, and training approaches; fine-tune and evaluate for specialised domains.
  • •Improve reliability, latency, and operating cost by designing deployment and inference approaches (cloud or on-prem) and serving configurations.
  • •Build agent workflows around language models, connecting models to customer data, tools, and existing systems with production controls and observability.
  • •Work with customers to understand requirements and constraints and explain trade-offs across quality, cost, privacy, and complexity through discovery to production launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in at least two of: model customisation, deployment/inference, agent systems, or customer delivery.
