  • •Member of a chartered institute (e.g., RICS) or willingness to work towards it.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry themes such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon and Digital agenda.
  • •Detailed knowledge and experience in large scale public health and life sciences projects (5 years).
