Key Responsibilities

  • •Own transaction advisory methodology end-to-end
  • •Lead live sell-side and buy-side QoE engagements
  • •Define standards for working capital analysis, EBITDA normalization, debt-like items, customer and revenue diligence, proof-of-cyash, and pro-forma adjustments
  • •Turn real deal experience into scalable AI-driven products with engineers
  • •Collaborate closely with engineers to improve AI outputs and workflows, and build scalable playbooks, review frameworks, and industry knowledge libraries

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings, with Big 4 or top-tier advisory exposure preferred
  • •Manager / Senior Manager / Director-level experience
  • •Hands-on experience leading full-cycle QoE engagements with understanding of working capital, EBITDA adjustments, customer and revenue analysis, debt-like items, and report drafting
  • •Interest in AI tools and willingness to work closely with engineering/product teams
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (C1+); CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
