Key Responsibilities

•Own transaction advisory methodology end-to-end
•Lead live sell-side and buy-side QoE engagements
•Define standards for working capital analysis, EBITDA normalization, debt-like items, customer and revenue diligence, proof-of-cyash, and pro-forma adjustments
•Turn real deal experience into scalable AI-driven products with engineers
•Collaborate closely with engineers to improve AI outputs and workflows, and build scalable playbooks, review frameworks, and industry knowledge libraries

Key Requirements

•5–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings, with Big 4 or top-tier advisory exposure preferred
•Manager / Senior Manager / Director-level experience
•Hands-on experience leading full-cycle QoE engagements with understanding of working capital, EBITDA adjustments, customer and revenue analysis, debt-like items, and report drafting
•Interest in AI tools and willingness to work closely with engineering/product teams
•Excellent communication skills in English (C1+); CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
