Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Cloud Engineering headcount and requisition operations: reconcile requisitions and position IDs into a trusted source of truth.
  • •Run requisition intake and prioritization: collect and sequence roles, keep pipeline status current, and flag net-short teams early.
  • •Coordinate engineering interview machinery: panel construction, interviewer capacity, and scorecard completion on time.
  • •Lead Cloud Engineering all-hands and org events end to end, including topics, agenda, speakers, deck production, and follow-up.
  • •Own operating rhythms and program hygiene: build planning calendars, recurring leadership updates, and automate recurring chase work into durable systems.
