Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage talent and manage the full hiring process for multiple GTM roles across levels.
  • •Build relationships with hiring teams and serve as an advisor to develop healthy candidate pipelines.
  • •Craft and improve a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • •Champion Elastic’s hiring process with the global recruiting team and help execute recruiting strategies.
  • •Act as an Elastic brand ambassador throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including before, during, and after hiring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally across Sales in both agency and corporate environments.
  • •Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, including startups or software environments.

  • •Ability to collaborate with and influence hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • •Solid understanding of ATS tools and recruiting technologies (Greenhouse is a bonus).
