Job Summary

Own the systems and automation that support Nuvei’s legal team, configuring legal technology platforms and integrating them with enterprise tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power BI. Map slow or error-prone legal workflows, implement improvements, and deliver process documentation and functional specs. Build AI-assisted workflows (e.g., contract automation, document intake, and Copilot-based tools) connected via APIs, and track KPIs using reporting and dashboards.

•Configure, administer, and maintain legal technology platforms (including CLM, matter management, document management, and e-billing).
•Build and maintain integrations between legal platforms and enterprise systems (including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power BI).
•Map slow, manual, or error-prone legal workflows with lawyers and legal ops colleagues, and implement process improvements.
•Build automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate) and AI-assisted tools for contract and document workflows, connected via APIs.
•Create dashboards, analyze operational data, and define KPIs for legal leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 100,000

•5+ years in business systems, operations technology, or enterprise systems, with experience configuring SaaS platforms and driving technology-enabled process improvements.

•Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders to drive change in collaborative environments.
•Ability to identify process problems, map workflows, and deliver solutions that reduce manual effort.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
