Key Responsibilities

  • •Owns day-to-day DC field operations management (capacity, network services, physical layer) and drives safety, quality, and service levels.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules; oversee all phases of project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • •Identify and manage change events, applying best practice change management processes and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Risk management: identify delivery risks and blockers and lead mitigation across teams; ensure QA/QC for field work.
  • •Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders; manage contracting and vendor performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
  • •Experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects.
  • •Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design build, fixed price, etc.).
  • •Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMI PMP.
