Key Responsibilities

  • •Support or lead delivery of complex projects and transformation programmes from initiation through implementation.
  • •Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver clear, actionable outcomes.
  • •Establish project and programme governance including reporting, planning, and risk/dependency management.
  • •Collaborate across business and technology teams to align delivery with agreed objectives, timelines, and priorities.
  • •Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives to help clients achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, PMO professional, or in a related change and transformation role.
  • •Experience contributing to or managing projects and programmes within complex organisations.
  • •Ability to engage stakeholders, understand business challenges, and communicate requirements and recommendations clearly.
  • •Knowledge of project delivery, business analysis, governance, planning, risk management, or relevant change methodologies.
  • •A collaborative approach and interest in contributing to the growth of Capco’s Business Consulting practice across the region.
