Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite complex loan requests and renewals for working capital lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, term loans, and asset-based lending products.
  • •Review loan structure, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, and market data to prepare recommendations and annual reviews for Credit Administration.
  • •Perform special financial statement analyses involving complex interlocking relationships.
  • •Assess and present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee, including meeting customers and negotiating terms.
  • •Provide credit information and references as requested; mentor junior analysts on financial analysis, loan structure, covenant conditions, and risk identification.
