Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by engaging professional networks to identify and originate opportunities in the local government sector.
  • •Oversee delivery of engagements across multiple teams, providing quality control and ensuring client interactions with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and guide engagement teams to deliver insights that meet client expectations and firm standards.
  • •Lead performance improvement, FP&A, and thought leadership initiatives within the practice to drive IP generation.
  • •Coach and mentor staff to build capability and maintain a high-performing, client-centric culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Deep understanding of the local government sector and an exception network; track record of work winning with local authorities and/or combined authorities.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service mindset and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
  • •Proven seller-doer track record in a management consulting firm.
