Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the digital performance and insights agenda aligned to strategic marketing and business priorities.
•Lead website/SEO performance reporting and optimization, identifying opportunities for content and UX improvements.
•Own and continuously improve digital marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insight narratives for stakeholders.
•Establish data quality and QA processes for marketing performance data governance and accuracy.
•Identify and implement AI, advanced analytics, and automation opportunities to scale repeatable insight frameworks and always-on optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
•5-10 years’ experience in digital performance, CRM, and data management.
•Proven record using CRM strategies and data insights to drive customer engagement and incremental revenue.
•Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and results orientation.
•Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and martech/AI trends, including automation platforms and emerging channels.
