Guest Service Agent

Provide warm, guest-focused service at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites, handling check-ins and check-outs and acting as a primary point of contact throughout each stay. Communicate clearly with guests via in-person, phone, and email, process reservations and special requests using property systems, and resolve issues promptly while sharing tailored recommendations for local attractions and dining. Work rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday.
