Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, lead, and manage multiple tasks within a workstream as part of a larger engagement.
  • •Apply solution frameworks to deconstruct and analyze client problems, including using AI tools for baseline assessments and secondary research.
  • •Conduct stakeholder interviews, including with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
  • •Perform business modeling and investment analysis using custom discounted cash flow (DCF) Excel models and produce revenue and cost-benefit outputs (e.g., NPV, IRR, CAGR).
  • •Develop executive-ready deliverables (decks, written narratives, dashboards/toolkits) and provide quality control for analytical work assigned to junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of management consulting or related experience (technical consulting, analyst roles, public policy, economics research, private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy); or equivalent experience/education.
  • •Preferred: MBA or other Master’s degree in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering, or related fields; or equivalent experience/education.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset; ability to act as a trusted adviser in a high-tempo, client-facing environment.
  • •Exceptional numerical reasoning and analytical, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving skills, including handling ambiguous problems and large volumes of information.
