Job Summary

Help protect people, customers, and assets by executing Safe and Secure programs at the facility gates. Manage and document vehicle movement through inspection center entrances and exits, perform routine patrols, and handle incident-ready actions based on the incident response protocol. Serve as the on-site face of Carvana for associates, vendors, and visitors, de-escalate situations, and support access/badge and CCTV review requests while using the SAS app and RFID technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of cars into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Conduct routine patrols of inspection center and logistics facility yard and buildings, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Lead effective communication with team, partners, and customers; de-escalate situations when needed.
•Follow incident response protocols and ensure appropriate actions during incidents.
•Use the Safe and Secure application (SAS app) and RFID technology; support badge creation and CCTV review requests.
