Lead the Guernsey captive management office, delivering high-quality captive and insurance management services while driving operational excellence, client happiness, and regulatory compliance. Build and develop a high-performing team, manage relationships with regulators and market stakeholders, and represent ACIM for Guernsey to strengthen client outcomes and the firm’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day operations of the Guernsey captive management office and ensure service delivery aligns with standards.
•Lead, develop and engage colleagues in line with Aon values and culture.
•Manage relationships with regulators and local collaborators, acting as the principal ACIM representative for Guernsey.
•Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency and quality across the office.
•Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, mentoring and succession planning to build an inclusive, high-performing team.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in captive management, insurance, brokerage or related risk/consulting environment.
•Proven experience leading teams in a regulated financial services or insurance setting.
•Strong understanding of captives and/or risk financing concepts and relevant local regulatory frameworks.
•Proven track record delivering high-quality client service and managing complex collaborator relationships.
•Excellent people leadership skills: mentoring, feedback, performance management and talent development.
