Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations of the Guernsey captive management office and ensure service delivery aligns with standards.
  • •Lead, develop and engage colleagues in line with Aon values and culture.
  • •Manage relationships with regulators and local collaborators, acting as the principal ACIM representative for Guernsey.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency and quality across the office.
  • •Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, mentoring and succession planning to build an inclusive, high-performing team.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in captive management, insurance, brokerage or related risk/consulting environment.
  • •Proven experience leading teams in a regulated financial services or insurance setting.
  • •Strong understanding of captives and/or risk financing concepts and relevant local regulatory frameworks.
  • •Proven track record delivering high-quality client service and managing complex collaborator relationships.
  • •Excellent people leadership skills: mentoring, feedback, performance management and talent development.
