Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Support store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise and support backroom and sales floor operations.
•Ability to read and comprehend information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
