Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct holistic, risk-based reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess risk outcomes and compliance with policies and guidance.
  • •Assess risk, materiality, and root causes for each finding and provide robust reasons aligned to policy compliance and risk mitigation.
  • •Participate in calibration exercises to share findings and ensure consistent, correct decisions across the team.
  • •Clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders, including key risks, issues, root causes, recommendations, and maintain audit trails/records.
  • •Analyse emerging themes and trends and, when assigned, scope and execute root cause analysis or targeted investigations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,500 - 84,625 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of QA experience in BSA/AML, or experience in AML investigations or SAR reporting.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal) with ability to articulate thoughts and recommendations.
  • •Understanding of QA methodologies and frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, and root cause analysis.
  • •Expertise in SAR reporting risk and compliance, including identifying and assessing risks, interpreting policy requirements, and understanding the regulatory environment.
  • •Ability to review and investigate customer files to identify missing information, issues, trends, and root causes using AI and data as appropriate.
