Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop production plans considering manufacturing capacities
  • •Track production progress regularly, identify deviations, analyze causes, and arrange corrective measures
  • •Coordinate available personnel and technical capacities
  • •Coordinate material availability with internal departments (production, customer center, etc.)
  • •Monitor delivery schedules for production-critical items, initiate replacement sourcing when needed, and update delivery sequences

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree
  • •Further training such as IHK Fach-/Betriebswirt, Meister, or a state-recognized technician (desired)
  • •Experience in material disposition or production control (desired)
  • •Excellent German skills and good English skills in writing and speaking (required)
  • •Independent working style, teamwork, and assertiveness; strong IT skills (MS Office and SAP desired)
