Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of customer engagements (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) with outcome responsibility.
•Define customer agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage end-to-end delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers and develop strategies for measurable value.
•Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and support AI-supported customer solution development.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•4+ years’ experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
